Legal frameworks form the basis of our business relationships. These include data protection regulations and general terms and conditions. Here, we provide all relevant legal information in one place.

End users are legally required to dispose of waste electrical and electronic equipment separately. Such equipment must not be disposed of with household waste. It is identified by the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. It can be returned to municipal collection points or to Elsner Elektronik.

Please note: Remove non-integrated batteries or rechargeable batteries before disposal and dispose of them separately. Delete all personal data stored on the device before disposal.

The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40, known as the PPWR, applies from 12 August 2026. Among other things, it regulates restrictions on substances, recyclability, material use and the labelling of packaging.
