Due to the current supply bottlenecks and extreme price fluctuations, the conclusion of the contract is subject to self-supply.
In addition, we reserve the right to adjust prices should individual net purchase prices change significantly during the execution of the contract. In the event of a price adjustment, you shall of course have a special right of termination.
Notice of termination must be given in text form to Elsner Elektronik GmbH no later than two weeks after notification of the price adjustment.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if the purchase prices for the required manufacturing materials change by more than 30% on average. We ask for your understanding for this procedure.
