The Wind Sensor Windancer basic W KNX sec for the KNX building bus system measures wind speed.
In the ETS application, the wind value can be used for the control of 4 limit dependent switching outputs. The states can be linked using AND and OR logic gates.

Functions
- Wind measurement with stable cup anemometer (up to 200 km/h under laboratory conditions), wind measurements in m/s, km/h and Beaufort
- KNX Data Secure with extended peer-to-peer key table for secure communication with 1,000 KNX Data Secure devices
- Intuitive configuration interface/menu navigation, context-sensitive help and semantic information (Smart Linking Ready)
- Live Data Adjustment: current measured value can be set as a limit value via a communication object
- All threshold values can be set via parameters or communication objects
- 8 AND and 8 OR logic gates, each with 4 inputs. All switching events as well as 16 logic inputs (in the form of communications objects) can be used as inputs for the logic gates. The output of each gate can be configured optionally as 1-bit or 2 x 8-bit
