PS8A: Evaluation unit for weather-based building automation

News of 30 April 2026

Collecting and analysing weather data for building management

Weather-based building automation requires reliable measurement data – and a logic that derives the correct switching decisions from it. PS8A handles exactly that: the evaluation unit continuously records weather data and forwards switching commands via relay output to the connected system – for shading, ventilation, lighting or irrigation.

PS8A is supplied as a complete set – including weather station and indoor temperature sensor. Configuration is carried out directly on the integrated display, without any separate programming software.
