Lina Elsner and Bastian Elsner have officially become part of the management of the family-owned company Elsner Elektronik GmbH since 1 July 2023.
Thomas Elsner, who previously held the management together with his wife Jutta, is retiring but will continue to be available in an advisory capacity. Thus, the new management now consists of Bastian, Jutta and Lina Elsner. This step marks a major milestone in the succession process within the family business.
Lina Elsner, who began her succession at the company in 2019, is responsible for managing the areas of finance, controlling and human resources. During this time, she has, among other things, pushed environmental management projects, such as the recently completed ISO 14001 certification.
Bastian Elsner, has been with the family business since 2020 and, as Head of Sales, has already launched the subsidiaries Elsner Middle East and Elsner Asia-Pacific. In addition to marketing, he will also be increasingly involved in product development and head product management in the future.
With Lina and Bastian Elsner joining the company, Elsner Elektronik remains a family-run business.

In addition, we are working intensively on the development of new, innovative products to keep providing our customers with optimal solutions for the convenient use of their smart building," adds Bastian Elsner.
The family-owned company Elsner Elektronik was founded in 1990 by Jutta and Thomas Elsner and is well-known in the field of building automation systems. Controllers and sensors, for example for the KNX system, are developed and produced at the company's headquarters in Ostelsheim, Baden-Wuerttemberg. The intelligent building technology "Made in Germany" makes private and business buildings worldwide future-proof, safe and energy-efficient.
