Since June 2025, Elsner Elektronik GmbH has been an associate partner of the SmartLivingNEXT platform, a nationwide initiative funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. The aim of the initiative is to develop innovative and interoperable solutions for the smart living of the future – and to promote their widespread adoption through collaborative efforts.
“We have been developing technologies for intelligent building control for many years – with the goal of optimising energy consumption while at the same time increasing comfort for users,” says Bastian Elsner, Managing Director of Elsner Elektronik GmbH. “Through this partnership, we aim to contribute ideas on how artificial intelligence can be meaningfully integrated into future building automation.”
Elsner Elektronik expects its involvement in SmartLivingNEXT to create valuable synergies with other players in the market – ranging from increased visibility and expert dialogue to the active shaping of open standards.
