Frederik Riedel has been with Elsner Elektronik since 2010 and has headed the Technical Service department since 2015. He knows Elsner devices in detail and, through direct customer contact, understands what professionals and users need. As a certified KNX tutor, he has in-depth expertise in KNX and applies this knowledge when reviewing our technical content.

Martin Speer has been working as Product Manager in the field of building automation at Elsner Elektronik since 2025. Before that, he was active in the industry for more than 20 years – including in project management, system integration and team leadership. With his broad experience of bus systems such as KNX, BACnet and Modbus, he is an expert in modern automation solutions.
